The Donkey Crew were out at the FortWhyte Alive Eco Adventure Race today. Great multi-sport Adventure Race including paddling, running, orienteering and cycling. GO SDAR racers Jen Zorn-Ford, Blake Anderson & Joel Templeman! Also kudos to MOA members with 5 podium finishes.

Then a great video/photo shoot today with the Donkey Crew, Aspire Fitness, HOT103 & other friends. Our "donkey" was kicked, our bodies & feet were muddy, and most of us brought our shoes home in garbage bags! That's the sign of some "Good Times"

Registration is OPEN for The Dirty Donkey Mud Run

Ok this is no joke people... It's on BABY!!! August 18, 2012 at Spinghill Winter Park/ Oasis Resort. "THIS IS GOING TO BE ONE BIG MUD PARTY"!!!!

So you think your tough and done it all... Think you've seen it all... We'll you ain't seen a "Donkey" like this! This will be the highlight of your summer... your year... maybe your life!! 5km's of the downright "Dirty-est" most fun you can have and challenging obstacles that will leave you "Perspired and Inspired" that you DID IT!!

Participate as an individual or as a team. You're gonna want the name to be unique, your costumes to be outrageous, and your minds to be slightly twisted.

Pain In The ASSiniboine Registration NOW OPEN!

In its 3rd year PITA combines some of the best "scenic cycling" our city has to offer with a "pleasurable paddle" on the Assiniboine.This urban off-road adventure will surely get you ready for The Swamp Donkey in September! This event sold out last year and with only 150 spots available, will do the same in 2012!

Explore Winnipeg from a different perspective! Pain in the ASSiniboine is a "spanking" and most exciting urban race! Racers cycle river trails, single track, park roads and the famous Trans Canada Trail to reach beautiful Beaudry Park in Headingly, Manitoba. Hop into your canoe or kayak and paddle the swift moving Assiniboine River past some of Winnipeg's most elegant estates until you reach the Forks - Winnipeg's most popular landmark.
