New for 2022, we have created a series to introduce you to adventure racing and/or give you the opportunity to work on your adventure racing skills as a lead up to our premiere 9hr race in September - Swamp Donkey Adventure Race. The Manitoba Adventure Race (MBAR) series consists of three separate events throughout the summer and fall. Race one or sign up for the series at a discount!

Each of the three races will take place in a different location in Manitoba. Each course will offer different terrain and different discipline challenges, including a race in the dark to really challenge your navigating skills. Locations are tentative and may be subject to change due to current park permit approvals with covid restriction rules.

Event #1 of the MBAR series will take place near La Barriere Park, Manitoba (tentative). Participants will race solo or as teams of 2, using a map to navigate a course that involves RUN, BIKE and/or PADDLE to reach all checkpoints before the 3 hour cut off.

MBAR #1 will be the first adventure  race of the season in Manitoba and will your opportunity to give adventure racing a try or get your season started to work on your skills and strategies. .

Solo racers or Teams of Two will use a map to navigate a course that will include the following disciplines: RUN, BIKE and/or PADDLE as you work towards reaching all checkpoints before the 3-hour cut off. Race yourself, your bestie, your teammates to be the fastest. Make it to the finish line for all three events to complete your MBAR Series Medal!
