DIGITAL TIMING AND RESULTS

For the MBAR series, we are going to  setup digital timing and results. This is going to allow us to setup registration, start lists, timing and results to make things easier and smoother for everyone. It is also going to allow us to have live results while a race is happening, as well as get results out faster.  To allow this to work, we are going to require that each Solo racer and Team to carry one cell phone to run an app.  Racers will use the app to scan QR codes at each transition and checkpoint to record their locations and times.  There may be sections of the course where we take your phone away so you can complete challenges or navigation sections without an potential assistance that may affect the outcome of the race.
