ICE Donkey Loves Volunteers!

Help make The ICE Donkey Winter Adventure a huge success! Have fun and meet great people by volunteering for ICE Donkey on February 10, 2013.

Please fill out and return the following volunteer application:

Registration will take place at the Forks atrium behind the elevator after 7:00am. Please try to arrive as close to 7am but no later than 7:45am to allow for a brief meeting and location assignments.

I would like thank each and every one of you for showing your support to this great sport and The ICE Donkey Winter Adventure. Without the help of dedicated volunteers this incredible event would not be possible. We take great pride when participants share their stories of "thanks to the friendly and helpful volunteers"!

Please link to the race day schedule of events for The ICE Donkey Schedule for February 10, 2013. We ask that if you cannot remain for the duration of the event (8am-1pm) please inform us in advance so we can schedule our volunteers accordingly. We also ask, if possible, you arrive as close to 7am if possible but no later than 7:45am to allow for a brief meeting and location assignments. Registration will take place at the Forks atrium behind the elevator. Upon receipt of your volunteer form we will distribute a description of duties and radio protocols. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the information.

p.s. we also just wanted to remind everyone to dress warmly / appropriately for whatever weather we might have on race day. We will have opportunities for you to warm up and hot chocolate / coffee but there may be periods of time when some of you may be outside for longer periods.
